Modern Resolution Windows & Doors is a local window and door replacement company from Tempe, Arizona, that started in 2018. We provide the best-priced and highest-quality window and door installation in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, El Mirage, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Prescott, Sedona, Dewey and many more cities in Arizona. Our mission is to change your remodeling experience when replacing your doors and windows. We know that window and door replacement can be a big task on homes, so we'll go the extra length to ensure you have a stress-free window installation.

Our Process

The first step is setting up a Free Consultation with one of our Sales Experts. You can do such by either giving us a call to (480) 665-5732 or scheduling online here.
Once your Free Consultation is set, one of our Sales Experts will arrive at your home for a brief but comprehensive consult. We suggest allotting at least an hour for such. If you have a spouse we suggest that they are also present so that we can all be on the same page!
During this consult we will inquire as to the full range of your needs and offer competitive pricing and a full run-down of what we can do to help build your dream home with replacement windows and doors. You can view a full list of our products here.
Our Sales Expert will not only educate you on our diverse product range with in-home samples but also provide insight into what would allow for maximum savings on your electric bill. We suggest having a log of the last three months of your electric bill so that once our products are installed, we can compare and calculate your savings.
We will then establish if you’d need what is called a Retrofit or a Full Frame installation. The Retrofitting process is simply replacement the windows and placing them in your homes original framing; this is a quick and easy process. A Full Frame installation requires the complete removal of the original frame and redesigning it to allow our windows to be custom inserted; this process takes a bit longer. After we’ve decided on the best products to suit your needs, our Sales Expert will do a rough measure of your windows and doors to ensure that everything is up to spec.
We will then be able to offer a competitive price-point that provides not only beauty to your home but significant savings to your monthly bills. Once we have agreed to a fair price we can either set you up with financing or take half down on our quote! Our Sales experts will also provide a timeline for the measuring, ordering, and installation. The Sales Expert will be your main point of contact through the entire process so if you have any questions or concerns you can reach out to them at any time! Timelines for each project are unique and will vary but generally ordering takes place within 1-2 weeks of the contract signing and project completion is typically within 10-14 weeks from contract signing date. To check your timeline you can either reach out to your Sales Expert or refer to the bottom left of your contract!

From there we will set up a date to send out a Measure Tech to make sure that the measurements of the windows and doors are completely accurate.
Once we have have triple checked the measurements we will place the order and your products will be on the way!
Once the products arrive, we will be set to install! Your Sales Expert will be there each step of the way to ensure that you are satisfied with not only the products but the installation.
Our trained team of Installation Experts will arrive at your home ready to help make your dream home come to fruition.
After everything is installed your Project Manager will do a walk through of your home with you to check that everything is to your satisfaction.
